Let's face it. As long as you are on this side of the grave you will face challenges and crises.
Calamity. Challenge. Crisis. 3 words that are all a natural part of life.
It's not a matter of if you face adversity, but rather when.
How you manage crisis in your life and how you overcome the obstacles that are thrown your way has everything to do with the level of success you achieve. Your inability to cope with challenges, however, could very well lead to your downfall.
Jim Rohn said it best when he said, "It's not the blowing of the wind, but the set of the sail that determines your destination"
And on the "sea of life" we all are buffeted by the tides and tossed by the wind.
So today I challenge you to set your sail according to what you desire from life. If you are demanding more from your life, it's just natural that life will demand more of you. There is no great success story that didn't overcome adversity on their path to success. And even once they reached success, adversity still rears its head almost as if to simply remind them of their humanity.
